Council appoints Stephanie Thayer as Bluffdale administrative services director

Karchner said Thayer has worked with him for a number of years and described her as “incredibly bright” and capable, noting that she has at times helped identify different approaches to issues. The council thanked outgoing staff and welcomed Thayer to her new role. No further budgetary details or conditions for the appointment were discussed during the meeting.
