Zoning and land‑use actions: The board adopted the planning board’s statements of consistency and approved the following rezoning and related items after public hearings and recommendations: PD 2018‑3‑A2 (Bloom Incorporated) — a master‑plan amendment for a 40,000‑sq‑ft office/showroom expansion on a 70.9‑acre site at 7733 Old Plank Road; ZMA 751 (Brian Moore) — rezoning of 0.87 acres at 3012 NC 16 Business Highway to permit vehicle repair in addition to vehicle sales; ZMA 752 (Timothy Guise White) — rezoning 2.66 acres at Old Plank Road/NC 16 Business to allow structures over 10,000 sq ft (applicant indicated intent to develop a church campus);…
