Bradley Pritchard, the civil engineer for the project, and Tiffany Daniels of Walmart’s home office testified that the station would meet site requirements and could increase customer convenience and sales tax revenue in the area.
Jeremiah indicated the applicant provided proposed findings of fact and a site plan in the board packet. With no members of the public signing up to speak against the plan, the board approved the applicant’s proposed findings and then approved SUP 524 based on those findings on a voice vote.
