Garner appoints two members to Board of Adjustment
Summary
Garner council unanimously confirmed Joe Gupton as a full member of the Board of Adjustment and Brandy Vega as the alternate on Nov. 3 after a human-resources committee recommendation.
At its Nov. 3 meeting the Garner Town Council, on a motion from Mayor Pro Tem Vance and a second from Council member Damian Dellinger, appointed Joe Gupton from alternate to a full member of the Board of Adjustment and appointed Brandy Vega as the alternate. Council voted by voice and the motion passed unanimously.
Mayor Pro Tem Vance said the committee had interviewed applicants and recommended these appointments based on experience and prior participation on the board of adjustment. Council accepted the appointments without comment.
