Staff reminded council that ARPA funds originally budgeted for related work came in under budget and some ARPA dollars are available for allocation to this project.
Council did not take a final vote on contract amendments at the meeting; staff said they will return to the next council meeting with the formal amendment, budget adjustments and the contract documents for final action.
