The Spring Hill Board of Zoning Appeals on July 15 approved a variance to allow a retaining wall to encroach approximately 6 feet into a Public Utility/Drainage Easement (PUDE) along Mayswift Drive for Lot 192 at 797 Saint Clair Avenue, subject to staff conditions. Staff had recommended denial.
