She explained fundraising options (raffle calendar, candy sale) that would apply to individual student accounts and noted EF offers scholarships; families may opt into payment plans or automatic monthly payments.
Committee members asked about grade span (open to grades 9–12), selection (voluntary self‑selection), student caps (32 students per bus; double trip if over 50), and the need to wait until Instruction 122 is clarified.
