A board member moved to approve items 4 and 5 with staff recommendations and the board conducted a roll-call vote. The clerk recorded aye votes for Miss Zondian, Miss Miller, Mister Spencer, Mister Adams, Mister Lyons, Mister Scott and other present members; the motion carried.
The board instructed the applicant to work with staff on any remaining conditions; the approval incorporated the staff memo into the motion. The decision was recorded as part of the meeting docket and will proceed to permit processing.
