“My name is Greg Ose. I’m the district engineer,” said Greg Ose, who opened the department’s annual briefing with an overview of system size and funding. He said Minnesota faces roughly $36.7 billion in transportation investments over a 20-year horizon but warned that funding formulas and federal priorities are in flux as the IIJA-era programs phase out.
