The Franklin County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 22625 authorizing the county administrator to execute a discharge of mortgage instrument for borrowers Gary M. Saenz and Diane L. Saenz (1051 Maple Street, Village of Harrisburg). Emmanuel Torres, assistant director of economic development and planning, said the borrowers had received a housing assistance loan on March 9, 2012 in the amount of $6,633 and that the discharge had been reviewed and approved by the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.
Commissioner Grady moved the resolution and, after no questions, commissioners adopted it unanimously.
The action allows the county administrator to execute the discharge document and remove the county’s mortgage encumbrance per the prosecutor’s office review.
