Commission approves boundary adjustment on White Bridal Lane to consolidate three parcels

The Creve Coeur Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve a boundary adjustment plat for three parcels at 10370, 10372 and 10376 White Bridal Lane, consolidating them into two lots.
City staff introduced application 25-027 as a boundary adjustment that does not create new lots or new nonconformities and complies with applicable setback rules. Surveyor Laura Hedrick, representing the applicants, told the commission the homeowner at 10370 seeks additional area to accommodate accessory features such as a pool house and skating rink; the middle parcel would be divided between the northern and southern properties.
A commissioner moved to approve the plat as described in the staff report and the drawing received Sept. 9, 2025, subject to preparation of a final drawing for signature and recording and submission of a PDF of the recorded drawing to the city. The motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
The approval includes the standard condition requiring a final signed and recorded plan be submitted to the city clerk. The matter will be processed administratively for recording; no council action was required for this plat.
The commission’s action follows city code standards for boundary adjustments that prohibit creation of new lots and require setbacks and other technical compliance. No public opposition was recorded during the hearing, and staff indicated the adjustment meets zoning and subdivision requirements.
The commission proceeded to the next agenda item after the vote.
