- Cooperative street resurfacing with Kansas City: Approved unanimously for a not‑to‑exceed $121,083.27; staff said KCMO contractor JM Fahey will mill and overlay short sections that end inside Raytown city limits.
- Truman Heartland grant application: Approved unanimously. The board authorized a $16,000 distribution request from the Raytown Community Foundation Fund (held by Truman Heartland Community Foundation) for a durable mayor’s Christmas tree and associated community engagement activities.
- Closed session: The mayor announced the possibility of a closed session under Mo. Rev. Stat. §610.021(1) relating to legal actions; the board moved into closed session by motion and roll call.
