Hudson City engineering staff told the City Council on April 22 that targeted neighborhood studies following the Aug. 8 storm have identified a set of near‑term stormwater projects and longer‑term watershed studies to reduce future flooding.
The presentation, led by Brad (city engineering staff), said the August event produced localized storm intensities the team described as a “500 to 2,000 year storm” in some places.
