Council previewed an ordinance (A 20 5-92) to amend land development code chapters 1205 and 1206 governing boarding kennels and veterinary facilities; staff noted those uses would be treated as nonconforming where applicable, subject to existing limits on expansion.
A resolution to conduct a five-year review of the designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) and to approve continued operations and regulations in Downtown Hudson was scheduled for third reading on Aug. 5. Council also reiterated that the ordinance to submit Charter Review Commission amendments to the electors is scheduled for a third reading on Aug. 5.
