He said the district clarified the Meyer Middle School goal language and paused some special-education tracking for 2024–25 because "we didn't feel like there was enough data there" and will resume data reporting in subsequent years.
Under employee measures, David said the district clarified how it counts "NA" responses on job-satisfaction surveys and narrowed comparable districts to regional peers; he noted improvements in staff retention and satisfaction. On engagement, the board clarified definitions of chronic absenteeism and parent connectedness survey items and separated dual enrollment, advanced-placement and industry-credential measures so each is tracked distinctly.
The superintendent said the scorecard is available online and will be used as the basis for monthly building- and director-level reports tied to the strategic plan. No formal action was required; the presentation was informational.
