The Florissant City Council on Aug. 25 adopted several ordinances and resolutions and approved a retail liquor-license tasting permit in a largely unanimous vote.
The council voted to readopt procedures for disclosing potential conflicts of interest for certain officials as set forth in Title 1, section 105130 of the code; that bill passed on final reading and became Ordinance No. 9100. Councilman Egan moved to approve the minutes earlier in the meeting; that motion, moved by Egan and seconded by Councilman O’Donnell, passed by voice vote.
Council also accepted a substitute and passed an amendment to Section 405.161…
