Board approves special-use permit for a Rose Hill woodworking shop

Staff said the applicant had subdivided the parcel and planned a detached shop for cabinetry, millwork and storage tied to local construction and remodel work. The planning commission recommended unanimous approval. A supervisor moved to approve the special-use permit; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
The approval authorizes use of the property for woodworking/cabinetry as described in the application. No conditions or amendments to the permit were recorded in the public transcript.
