Conditional use extension: The council granted a six‑month time extension for Conditional Use 23‑13, filed on behalf of John Ford for a realty office on the southeast side of Savannah Road (District 335, Map 12.06, Parcel 49). The Planning & Zoning Commission had recommended the extension following a letter from the applicant describing health issues that delayed implementation.
