Change order and reimbursable work: The council approved Change Order #1 to the Kings Highway advanced utility relocation project to add a pedestrian/bike detour and improve safety, increasing the contract by $33,480 contingent on reimbursement eligibility.
Grants: The council approved several community grant awards: $500 to the Performance Series, $2,000 to the Francois Foundation for Autism (sensory art and craft workshops), $3,000 to the Bridgeville Apple Scrapple Festival for traffic control and parking safety, and $1,500 to the Trinity Foundation for a 2025 golf tournament; motions and seconds for these awards were recorded in the meeting minutes.
