Clerk read Bill 117622 to rezone 2023 Angelique Street from C-1 neighborhood shopping district to R-4 apartment residential at the request of Brett Stroud; no members of the public spoke during the public hearing and the council approved the ordinance with 9 ayes.
Clerk next read Bill 1177-22 to rezone 1826 Saint Joseph Avenue from C-3 commercial district to R-2 two-family residential district at the request of Dale Hallman; the public hearing closed with no comments and the council voted 9 ayes to adopt the ordinance.
Clerk then read Bill 1178-22 to rezone 2506 Missany Street from C-3 commercial district to R-1B detached single-family residential district at the request of Deborah Murphy; again there were no public speakers and the council approved the ordinance 9-0.
