The St. Joseph City Council opened a public hearing on a petition to form the Tuscany North Community Improvement District but, at the applicant’s request, voted to continue the hearing to the April 28, 2025 council meeting.
Clerk read the public hearing notice and explained the applicant asked for a two-week continuance. To avoid re-advertising, the council opened the hearing, invited comments and then took the procedural step to postpone consideration to April 28. Council member Novak moved to postpone and Council member Schultz seconded; the presiding officer announced the motion carried.
No public comments were recorded on the item during this meeting; the council’s action was procedural and preserves the applicant’s requested timeline.
