Council adopts street dedication, state grant for Bridal Road and approves two procurement resolutions

Bill 77-67 (Caledonia Plat 4 Phase 1) was given second reading and adopted on final passage; the clerk recorded a 10–0 vote and the ordinance was assigned No. 7227. The ordinance approves acceptance of dedicated streets and storm sewers for maintenance by the city (excluding detention facilities).
Bill 77-68, a Surface Transportation Block Grant program agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission to reimburse a portion of the Bridal Road pavement-preservation project, was adopted on final passage 10–0; the agreement reimburses the city for an amount not to exceed $1,171,473 and the ordinance was recorded as No. 7228.
The consent calendar also passed unanimously.
The council approved Resolution 7/10/2025 a authorizing an agreement with Holcomb CVI LLC to provide two electric-powered storage silos in an amount not to exceed $107,804. The council also introduced and approved Resolution 7/10/2025 b to authorize an agreement with NSISAC for an 18-month membership to receive threat intelligence and cybersecurity services; the membership term was stated in the resolution but the transcript did not specify a dollar amount for the NSISAC agreement.
