Galviro said operations and supply will be supported by Gordon Food Services, which provides equipment, training and menu assistance.
Commissioner Baus recused himself from discussion and vote because he is a customer of Gordon Foods and noted that recusal on the record. Commissioners moved to approve staff recommendations; the motion carried and the item will be forwarded to City Council.
