Mr. Friedel described the easement as an efficiency measure and said a church representative was present for questions.
A supervisor moved to approve the deed of easement as presented; the board took a roll‑call vote and approved the motion (all ayes). The deed codifies access for water‑tower maintenance but does not create a public parking lot; county staff said the lane is for travel only. The board did not attach additional conditions to the conveyance.
