Council passes multiple bills, adopts two resolutions and moves into closed session to consider hiring an auditor
Summary
On Sept. 2 the St. Louis County Council passed several bills (including final passage of Bills 186, 188, 191 and 193), adopted two resolutions recognizing local programs and a memorial, held or dropped several other bills, and voted to go into closed session to consider hiring a new county auditor.
The St. Louis County Council handled a large set of legislative and procedural items on Sept. 2. Several bills were held, substituted, perfected, dropped or advanced; four bills were recorded as finally passed by roll call and two resolutions were adopted by unanimous vote.
