At the opening portion of the meeting the Village Board approved its omnibus consent agenda (items a–j) by roll call.
The board then unanimously adopted Resolution 2025‑029, authorizing a permanent utility easement to the Lake County Department of Public Works to allow installation of a new sanitary transmission main in a less invasive location on village property, avoiding a route through the Arbor Theatre.
Later the board approved Ordinance 2025‑078, granting minor site plan and appearance modifications and waiving permit fees for the Countryside Fire Protection District’s Station 2 project at 600 Deer Path Drive; staff noted conditions including final engineering review by Lake County and a requirement that the district reimburse the village if outside review costs are incurred. The ordinance authorizes an approximately 1,850‑square‑foot addition, interior renovations, and allows staff‑recommended fee waiver subject to reimbursement for outside review if needed.
Roll‑call votes for each item recorded all trustees and President Cook as voting 'Aye' and the presiding officer declared the motions carried.
