The Milford Exempted Village Board of Education took the following recorded actions on Aug. 21, 2025 (summary of motion outcomes and roll-call results):
- Approved agenda amendment to add executive session for personnel (unanimous roll call: Mrs. Will, Mrs. Powers, Mr. Wilson, Mrs. Chestnut, Mrs. Mason). - Approved minutes from 06/19/2025, 07/01/2025, 07/10/2025 and 08/14/2025 (unanimous). - Approved the Great Oaks resolution (unanimous). - Authorized the treasurer to invest in commercial paper and bankers' acceptances (unanimous); staff noted ODE and Auditor of State reporting requirements. - Approved vendors, routine contracts and 'then and now' purchases needed for fiscal-year wrap-up (unanimous). - Accepted an anonymous donation of a 3-D printer for makerspace (unanimous). - Approved human-resources consent agenda items F1–F5 and an MOU with the Milford Education Association to compensate a kindergarten teacher for 15 minutes of lost planning time (unanimous). - Approved curriculum pay and a resolution deeming certain transportation impractical for listed students for the 2024–25 school year (unanimous). - Approved meal-price changes as presented (transcript listed '$25.26' as presented) (unanimous). - Approved a purchase agreement to sell the preschool property to Miami Township 'as is' (unanimous). - Approved a change order to build the East Parking Lot using project savings (unanimous).
