The Ossining Union Free School District Board of Education approved a series of consent agenda items and grouped personnel resolutions during its Aug. 27 meeting.
The board approved resolution 4.2 to appoint consultants for the 2025'26 school year and approved resolutions to accept funds for replacement of school property and to transfer student council funds to the Strength and Training Club. The board then approved resolutions 6.1'6.4 covering recommended placements and appointments to the committee on special education and the committee on preschool special education.
Finally, the board approved a grouped slate of personnel items (7.1' 7.19) covering professional and support staff appointments, tenure actions, rescinded appointments, resignations, substitute appointments, summer program staffing and volunteer approvals. Each grouped set of items was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
No individual roll-call tallies were recorded in the transcript; motions passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
