Staff presented a ratified bid award to Payne & Dolan to perform paving at the service center. The maintenance director said only one qualifying bid was received; ARPA dollars are funding the work and the contractor has already begun operations to meet ARPA timing requirements. The board ratified the award by motion.
On airport procurement, the advisory board recommended an RFQ for consultants related to an SRE building expansion; staff explained FAA guidance treats such solicitations as requests for qualifications. The board voted to approve the RFQ and set a timeline for submissions.
