At the start of the meeting Montgomery County Commissioner Mary McDonald introduced herself as the county’s newest commissioner and presented the council with the 2025 state of the county report, leaving printed copies for the clerk and offering county support to Clayton.
During visitors’ comments, resident Bill Sider thanked council members and Dayton Development Coalition staff for assistance on Hunter’s Path Phase 3, praised a suggested covenant to protect existing and new residents and acknowledged specific council members by name for on-site engagement.
