Farragut board approves budget amendments, public-records update and infrastructure contracts; Sugarwood access design vote ties

Town staff told the board the town "received a standard allowance of $7,055,252.70" from the American Rescue Plan Act and recommended moving $1,213,764 from the ARPA fund to the Capital Investment Fund to cover project delays and FY26 salaries and benefits. David Smoak said the capital investment fund would increase to $18,735,764 while the ARPA balance would fall to $883,162. Ordinance 25-18 passed on first reading (recorded as approved 4-1).
