"This has already all been approved, but this is just the final step for the public improvements of this phase," the planner said.
A trustee moved to approve the development agreement, the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote with no further discussion recorded.
Next steps: staff will record the agreement and proceed with inspection and acceptance of public improvements per the terms of the development agreement.
