The City of Fort Thomas Board of Adjustment selected officers for its current term during the meeting.
Members discussed the vacancy created by the retirement of James Beinecke and nominated Carol Dixon for chair. The board moved to vote on the chair individually and recorded support for Dixon; she was elected to serve as chair for the next four months.
Board members then addressed the vice-chair position and the secretary role. One member stated a preference to remain as secretary for now. Brandon Rayborn was nominated for vice chair and the board recorded aye votes for the slate. The chair noted the minutes' signature arrangement would remain the same.
There was no extended debate; the business portion concluded and the board moved on to the public-hearing docket.
