The Village of Palos Park Council on Monday approved a bundle of routine and contract items, including a road-repair contract, a parks sanitation contract and authorization of local matching funds to buy an outdoor fitness court.
The council voted unanimously to award the village’s 2025 motor fuel tax (MFT) road improvement project to Lindell Brothers for $819,389.50 after receiving five bids, Commissioner Patan said. Patan described Lindell Brothers as the low responsible bidder with prior work in the village and moved to award the contract; the motion passed by roll call.
