Seven Hills City Council adopted several emergency ordinances and resolutions at its Sept. 30 meeting, approving funding and intergovernmental agreements for road and park projects and moving forward on state grant applications.
The council passed Ordinance 42-2025, authorizing a cooperation agreement with the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works to rehabilitate Blackside Road (from 700 feet west of Lombardo Center to State Route 21). The ordinance appropriates up to $58,500 for the city nd was approved under the emergency clause.
