Contractor: permanent fix for FHN sewer odor expected by October

SM Wilson project representative Mark Cochran updated the board that, after implementing a temporary pressure-relief measure for the municipal sewer system at the Francis Howell North site, there have been no new odor reports. He said engineering drawings for the permanent correction will be ready early next week and that SM Wilson will coordinate review with the City of St. Peters and procure materials.
"Since that time, we've had no reports of odor since our last updates," Cochran said. He told the board the team meets weekly with district staff and partners and expects the permanent solution to be in place and fully operational by October, subject to city review and procurement timing.
