Council Adopts Riverpointe Outfalls Ordinance and 2025 Budget Amendments

At its Sept. 17 meeting the Everett City Council approved several legislative items with limited debate.
Council Bill 2,508-46 (third and final reading) adopted an ordinance creating a special improvement project titled Riverpointe Outfalls Replacement Fund (program references read into the record). Council Bill 2,508-47 (third and final reading) adopted the 2025 revised City of Everett budget and amended Ordinance 4099-25.
Council moved and seconded both measures and the clerk recorded roll-call approvals. Earlier in the meeting consent items 1, 2, 3 and 5 were moved and approved by roll call.
These votes close out scheduled readings and forward the ordinances and budget amendments for implementation under city procedures.
