The Maryville City Council on Nov. 1, 2022, approved on first reading an amendment to the city's fiscal year 2023 operating budget, voted to rezone a downtown property at 728–732 E. Broadway and adopted a series of resolutions that the council recorded in the city’s official books.
Mayor Andy White presided over the meeting at the Maryville Municipal Center. The council opened a public hearing on rezoning the Broadway parcel from the Central Community District to the Washington Street Commercial Corridor District; there were no public comments and the Mayor closed the hearing. After the hearing the council conducted its regular business.
