The board opened the meeting by confirming a quorum and briefly considered minutes (the minutes were not available for approval at this session). With the calendar approved, the board finalized its schedule and discussed sending the standard media notice ahead of the New Year.
The first meeting under the new schedule is set for Jan. 2, 2025 at 9 a.m.; staff indicated they will circulate meeting details by email before the date.
