The commission heard a brief update on probationary officers (presented as coming "from Sergeant Luke") and then moved into consideration of disciplinary matters. Separately, the commission recorded a resignation by Officer Oksana Catherine Allen, badge 1594, effective Dec. 11, 2024 after approximately 10 months and 19 days of service. The chair also announced the retirement of Officer Bridal Lee Underwood, badge 1288, effective Jan. 2, 2025 after 19 years, 6 months and 20 days; the commission said it would send a letter of congratulations.

The meeting record does not include a roll-call with individual members' recorded votes for routine items; outcomes were announced by voice vote.
