Hamilton Council appoints Jessica Cray as tax collector

Council President Anthony moved the resolution forward, opened a public-comment period and reported no members of the public wished to speak. After a motion, second and roll-call vote, the council approved the appointment 5-0.
The council’s action formalizes the personnel change recommended by the administration; the meeting record shows no conditions attached to the appointment. The council closed public comment before the vote and proceeded with the remainder of the agenda.
