The city attorney and staff discussed measuring the space needed for transit maneuvers and enforcement implications.
After debate, a motion to put the ordinance on more time was moved and passed so staff can refine the proposal — measure spaces for bus operation, confirm impacts on deliveries and coordinate with stakeholders — before returning to committee.
