Staff explained that the most recent amendment removes specific line items (items a–g) from the ordinance and relies on an attached 10‑year schedule of rates that will govern annual updates; staff said the schedule and attachments had been provided to the public. Trustees asked about how rate changes would be reflected on customer bills and about notice procedures when rates change.
Board members directed that the amended ordinance language and supporting schedules be clear to ensure the public has access to the full rate schedule prior to implementation.
