Sergeant Gilbert presented the police review and described the license as a management-name update rather than a change in operations. "Essentially, there's no change other than adding the name to the liquor license, which includes a new management company," Sergeant Gilbert said, adding that staff had prepared a recommendation and that applicable fees were up to date.
A councilor moved to recommend approval; the motion was seconded, and council approved the recommendation by voice vote.
The recommendation will allow the license to proceed to the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission process with the updated management-company name. Council did not record conditions beyond the standard checks and fee confirmation.
