The planning director presented the application and said the planning commission recommended approval.
A council member moved to accept the planning commission’s recommendation and approve the permit; another council member seconded and the motion carried. Councilman George publicly thanked the investor, saying, "I just wanna thank the, you all, Mister, Rose for investing here."
The permit authorizes the business to operate within the zoning district subject to any applicable local permitting and health codes.
