At its meeting, the Baldwin-Whitehall School District board approved multiple consent packages and personnel items during the business meeting.
Superintendent Dr. Lutz recommended approval of the business consent items (business 2.2–2.7). After a motion and second, the board recorded the vote: motion passed 7–0 with two members absent.
The board then approved personnel consent items (4.2–4.28) by a voice/roll call vote reported as 7–0 with two absent. A separate motion to approve Zachary Zeman as a substitute custodian was made and seconded; the board recorded that motion as passing with six yes, zero no, one abstention and two absent.
Non-personnel consent items (6.2–6.21) were approved in a later motion and recorded as passing 7–0 with two absent.
No individual roll-call tallies assigning each 'yes' or 'no' vote to named members were provided in the transcript; the meeting record includes the tallies reported publicly. The board also considered but did not vote on certain items discussed informally (for example, PSBA officer nominations and a feasibility study presentation); those items were deferred or discussed without a recorded board vote during this session.
The meeting adjourned following the recorded votes.
