Alex Schedrill, senior planner for the City of Franklin, told the hearing that building official Clay Folkerson inspected the property with the owner, found it structurally safe and that the windows had been boarded. "So at this point, we are good to release this property from the unsafe building hearings," Schedrill said.
Schedrill said the city completed the permit work on file and issued a certificate of occupancy for the property. Kaye Mark Lloyd said she would reflect the release in the hearing minutes.
No additional fines were requested in this hearing for this property. The matter will be reflected in the official minutes and was not scheduled for further action at this session.
