- Item 13: Authorized the general manager to execute a restated MOU with Recreation and Parks and to seek Board of Supervisors approval to release $120,827,000 in reserve funds for the recycled water and West Side groundwater projects.
- Closed session motions: The commission asserted attorney–client privilege in closed session and, upon return, voted not to disclose closed-session discussions; staff reported items 16–18 were settled.
