- Contract and appropriation actions (Items 16–21): The commission approved additional contract amendments and authorizations including: Amendment #3 to CS913 (time extension), Amendment #1 to CS1010 (increase $80,000, one‑year extension), a memorandum of agreement with Tuolumne County (not to exceed $2,365,354 for six years) and a supplemental appropriation request of $5,937,594 for the Warrnerville substation upgrade.
