The commission moved and approved the asserted privilege and adjourned to closed session. At the return from closed session the commission reported that Item 11 was settled; Items 12, 13 and 14 (existing litigation matters) and Item 15 (threat to public services/facilities) resulted in no action. The commission then moved not to disclose closed-session discussions; that motion was seconded and carried.
